The packs
What’s the difference between the two packs?
The Essentials Pack covers writing and checking: framing, specification, Gherkin, epic DoR, pre-delivery checklist. The Complete Pack adds upstream work (discovery, feasibility, macro-specifications), the epic pipeline and the Figma, Jira, Confluence and Word integrations.
Can I upgrade from Essentials to Complete?
Yes. Email ask@baforge.io with your order number: you receive a code that deducts the price you paid for Essentials from the Complete Pack.
How do I use the LAUNCH2026 code?
Enter LAUNCH2026 in the coupon field on the Payhip checkout page. It takes 15% off the Essentials Pack and the Complete Pack until 31 December 2026.
Prerequisites
Do I need a Claude™ subscription?
Yes. BA Forge runs in Claude Code, available with a compatible Claude plan or an Anthropic API key.
Do I need to code?
No. Installing means copying a folder into your project. You work in plain language.
Are Jira, Confluence and Zephyr required?
No. Deliverables are produced in Markdown and Gherkin scenarios work without Zephyr. Jira & Confluence sync and Word export are included in the Complete Pack.
Data and customisation
Does my data stay confidential?
The kit collects no data. Your content only travels between your machine and Claude, under your account’s terms. Nothing reaches Jira or Confluence without your approval.
Can I adapt the conventions to my company?
Yes. All conventions live in the CLAUDE.md and change in a few lines.
